A few weeks ago, I signed up to do a diaper study for the company called Arquest. I sort of forgot that I signed up for it, until I received a phone call today!
The company is currently doing a diaper study for size 4 diapers, and Smiles is signed up for the study!
So, what exactly happens???
I will be sent some FREE diapers in the mail in a few weeks. I use the diapers, fill out a questionnaire, they will call me at an already scheduled time to give them my answers to the survey, and then...they will mail me a check for $10!!!
I'm totally "in" and excited about this! FREE diapers and $10! :)
It will be interesting to use a new brand of diaper, but it is well worth it!
Do you have a child that wears a size 4 diaper and are you interested in signing up for the study? They told me to let others know! Simply call the number below, and if you do not get to talk with a person right away, leave a message, and they will call you back! (Be sure to let them know that you are interested in the size 4 diaper study)
BOYS 1-888-342-7372 ext. 634
GIRLS 1-888-342-7372 ext. 646
If you have a child in diapers, but they are not wearing a size 4, I suggest that you call and let them know what size diaper your child wears, and that you would be interested in future studies!

Thanks so much. Li'l E is in size 4 and I'm always happy to get free stuff to try out!!! Thanks so much!
Additionally, just wondering what you do about night time diapers? We bought the size 5 overnighters and they worked for a while but they aren't working so well now and I'm SICK TO DEATH of washing sheets 4-5 times a week! :)
I just got the diapers delivered today and I am a little "nervous" about trying something that is not Pampers! (don't like "extra" laundry!). I will begin the trial either tomorrow or Friday!
We have not had a problem with Smiles at night - so, let me tell you about Brady.
Brady - his "daytime" diapers were not sufficient for the nighttime pee! First of all, I use Pampers - they rarely leak during the day, and when they have leaked at night, I went up one size and had no problem at night (this was then he was younger). Pampers does not make a night time diaper, as far as I know (I think they make ones for kids that have trouble with bed wetting). Before we started potty training (so, older than 2), he was wearing a size 5 during the day and a size 6 at night. Well, his 6 started to leak!!! So, we had to watch his liquid intake and stop it earlier in the evening than we were - that seemed to help.
I don't know if that helped at all, but that worked for us! :)
If you have to stop liquid intake and get a size larger then his daytime then its not the right diaper. I use Huggies size 5 day and night and they work fine. The only problem that i had with huggies is when hes sick or something and wakes up in the middle of the night and has a bottle then sometimes it leaks at night time. but not much. Pampers Ive always had a problem with, day time not so bad (i guess because you have to change it so many times during the day) but at night it was different. Just thought id let u know. xoxo.
ok, Anonymous - I don't know who you are, b/c you did not leave a name or nickname! BUT, obviously, I do know you since you sent me some xoxo!
Anyway, I do not like Huggies at all - they did not hug and leaked when I used them, so I can't agree with you there. Maybe you are correct about the size thing, but why does Huggies make nighttime diapers now? They have extra absorbancy for those that pee more than the average kid at night. So, I was fine with going a size up at night with my first son. With my 2nd son, I have not had to bump him up a size. He is a size 4 all of the time.
Thanks for commenting though..just let me know who you are in some way next time! :)
