Here is the photo of the ice cream birthday cake that my husband made for me, and I wrote about in this post. He is so creative and I absolutely loved the cake - both looking at it and eating it!
It is really not very hard to do and only costs about $10, which is way less than an ice cream cake that you would buy. So, if you are up for the challenge, give it a try - just remember to freeze it in between each layer that you are working on! :)
